Your health and that of our staff is of the utmost importance, with this in mind you may notice some changes at your visit.

Please do:

Please wear a face mask or appropriate alternative in the waiting room
Use toilet before you leave home
Attend by yourself at your appointed time
Children under 16 years and a vulnerable adult should bring one carer/escort
Enter at the rear entrance (next to our carpark)
Clean your hands with the hand gel provided
Leave the building immediately following your appointment
Exit by the Lodge Road door
Advise us by phone if you have COVID-19 symptoms
Adhere to 1m social distancing

Please don't:

Arrive late or we may not be able to see you and you will still be charged
Bring unnecessary personal belongings
Return to reception when your treatment is complete unless instructed to do so
Attend without an appointment. Always ring first
Enter the practice if you have COVID-19 symptoms
Be surprised. Our team will be in new PPE – to protect you and us
