Guarantee is dependent on:

Regular six monthly consultations
Regular hygiene visits as prescribed by your dentist
Following recommended guidelines for aftercare
Using oral hygiene techniques that we advise

Guarantee does not include:

NHS Treatments
Any part of the work that has been completed by another dentist
Injury caused by accidents, sports or any third party (external trauma)
Unforeseen subsequent root canal treatment
Work which has been excluded by the dentist prior to treatment being carried out
